Last weekend saw the annual Leicestershire and Rutland County XC Championship race, where OWLS were hoping to extend their dominance of the Senior mens team title to a massive 23 undefeated years. In case you haven't guessed from the title of this post, they achieved this feat, and are still on course for reaching an unprecedented 25 years of team title wins.
The winning team from OWLS consisted of Paul Richardson, who also won the senior race, Josh Norman (5th), Danny Hallam (7th), Tom Meakin (10th) and Paul Miles (12th). Paddy Radley had a strong performance finishing 13th but did not make it into the counting five.
Well done to all the other OWLS runners that ran this weekend. Full results will be posted here once they are made available.
