Paul Miles took victory in the Wolverton 5 at the weekend in Buckinghamshire. Beating a strong field, Paul broke away over the final mile to clock 24:36.
At the European XC Trials in Liverpool, the Under 20 Men acquitted themselves well in freezing (but not snowy) conditions. Josh Norman seems to have raced himself fit over the course of November, placing 15th in IAAF trials race, where GB will select 6 athletes to take to the European XC Championships in Portugal in 2 weeks. Danny Hallam continued his return from injury, placing 53rd, just under a minute behind Josh.
