Our Club Needs you!!!

SWOT analysis

Dear Member

I am undertaking a simple SWOT analysis as preparatory work for the Performance and Development Team.

Initially, i would ask that you make a short statement outlining your vision for the club. A short statement outlining where you feel the club ought to be heading.

Secondly, please outline your thoughts on the following with respect to the OWLS club.

STRENGTHS-Outline what you think are the strengths of the club-those things worth supporting and developing.

WEAKNESSES-Outline the things within the club that you consider to be a weakness; that need to be eradicated or changed/developed.

OPPORTUNITIES-Outline opportunities we need to grasp in order to move forward and meet our *aims and objectives (*so far unstated)

THREATS-Outline what you believe are the threats to the club- internal and external. Those things that will cause us to be ineffective in meeting our goals and impact on the sustainability of the club.

Once you have done this i would be grateful if you could personal msg me with the information. I will then write up all comments and look at working with the P and D group at formulating actions that will enable us to move forward.

It is important that all members give their views so that a clear 'whole club' representation is made.

Please feel free to print this off and give to those who havent access to a computer and then send to 105 School Street, Syston ,Leicester LE7 1BT.

All comments to be returned by Dec 1st 2007

THANKS.
