To get the best out of your boys drop the sports science crap and altitude trips because at their level it isnt really necessary. Keep their training simple and well structured and they will see success. when they get to olympic standard then bring in sports science. Hope this is useful.Good luck at the 6 stage your team has a good chance of winning if everybody runs to their potential.
