That is a fact in fact it goes further than that,the coritanain senior distance runners have nothing but admiration for what we have done at the owls and that goes for their coaches as well.This is expressed frequently from the likes of grinders,needsy,joey,tommy walker,pete daviies , paul blisset etc etc.It doesnt mean they dont want to kick our asses.They appreciate what it takes to get to a reasonable level both from a coaching and an athletes level,some of the other parasites cant exist without hanging on other peoples shirt tails or slagging people off.This also transfers down to the athletes who become right negative,monosylabic arrogant and miserable little xxxs.I can safely say that isnt the case with the coritanian young middle distance section who are a nice bunch of well coached individuals.Credit where credits due, and identify the xxxxxers for what they are also, i say...How else will they know they are xxxxing people off!
