I really do respect you and your athletes but what I have said is only the truth. A little slagging off and criticism doesnt harm anybody from time to time and I'm sure your boys are man enough to take it. There is always somebody ready to knock your off your perch, THATS LIFE! The plan I'am writing at the moment will be sent to you in the autumn and I hope that it can aid you in you post as ADO. PS as you get older you develop a thick skin (as you probably know). PS has there been an improvement in your athletes training times recently with this new found aggression?
