Not lucky, we know that standards have dropped and we are realistic about what 'winning' really means. In terms of fitness, atmosphere, knowledge and awareness there has been progress, but I don't think anybody is satisfied or where they want to be. I do think we need to be aware that if we are on a gentle uphill slope and everything else around us is plumetting, this shouldn't be used as a measure of success. All the management can do is try to create an environment that makes the most of Waynes efforts as a coach and the efforts of the athletes. In summary, Performance = Stagnant-Gentle improvement Public Profile = Improving Facilities = Stagnant Overall motivation = Good but not far reaching
Obviously being away from Leicester I am not best placed to decide on the above, but this is the impression I get.
