Hicham does live a very spartan life. That why Mr Mayock couldn't handle it. I never mentioned food you did. Halie and Hicham are both very religious men who see their running as an extension of their beliefs.
N.B I'm not talking about club runners but people who have the ability to be internetionals or world class. I don't think Haile was on the p**s last weekend do you! By thw way it's about time you got a England Senior Vest and won the county X-country champs by over a minute and a half( I'm not joking you got the ability)
