yes now thats what im on about boys. if i remember correctly we were about 6 mins off a medal at the last midland 12 stage. if you look at the indivdual times most of our short stage runners were doing mid-late 16's now if we you guys could up for training to 60+ miles per week then you could all get closer to 15 mins, and from that your've got an overall improvement of 6-8 mins from just the short stage legs! If we similar improvements on the long stage legs too then theres no reason why we can't win the midland 12 stage next year + challenge for the national title in the next 2 years - its gonna take me 2 years until im running close to 14 mins!
county athlete you are the man, im sure that you are well capable of breaking 15 mins if you refine/increase your training! maybe in 2 years time we could both be running close to 14 mins!
