Reply to county athlete: I'm not a lost cause-just waiting for my orthotics which should be here by middle of next week at lastest. Not too happy about how much middle distance standard has dropped in county i.e.Ryan winning county SENIOR MEN in 2:01 but then again you can only beat who is there.
