what purpose does this type of discussion merit on this particular page? it seems it cannot be advocated by those interested in promoting the county angle. also it seems extremely inappropriate and bad natured that somebody airs their views and then pretends somebody else supports that view, if this is the case? as for the person paul ard who i have heard of, what purpose does slagging him off do? presumably he could contribute to the owls in some positive way. it seems others are against this but for what reasons? 'turlo' could you shed any light on the effectiveness of treadmill training for speed against track work?
