Sorry I havent replied to your message Rich but the reason why I am injured is not because I was training 10 times but because I have collapsed arches on both feet!I will be back to beat you all by the time County Champs XC comes around again. That is a statement and not a weak boast. After the insults I've heard on the website from various members, all of you will witness the might of Paul Ard again.
