This is an interesting topic and am facinated how we have gone from iron supplementation to genocide!
I disagree that what happened in serbia etc was part of their 'cultural paradigm'. The reason in my view for these atrocities was nationalism leading to the creation of fear by the government controlled media in these countries.The odd nutter in control of an administration of 'hench men'(themselves ruled by fear and greed) obviously didnt help either.Has milosovic really got popular support...he is heading for a large prison sentence does this suggest he operated within their cultural paradigm?
