Firstly Turlo, you will find that uni teams don't poach athletes -you attend uni, if you had the chance to compete for loughborough in a BUSA championship wouldn't you?Some people do that and compete in national ECCA affliated races. Secondly, Loughborough only sends teams to the cross country relays and not national cross champs although you can compete for loughborough. Thirdly, why does no-one has a go at the police constabulary teams?When you qualify as a copper you are asked where you would LIKE to be sent but are normally sent to a constabulary where there is a vacancy.
